Inglis Property Macarthur
We photographed, filmed, and produced floor plans for this $8million property with a well-thought out and creative approach.
From day to dusk we timed our shoots to capture the optimal light for each space and exterior aspect, ensuring interior finishes, textures and architectural lines were shown to best effect while the changing sky enhanced mood and atmosphere.
Our video work complements the still images, using movement, framing and pacing to convey the home’s flow and the lived experience.
The floor plans provide clear, accurate context so viewers can understand layout and scale at a glance.
An important aspect on this one was to ensure that we captured the established landscaping and pool to it’s best effect.
Every choice—angle, time of day, focal length and sequence—was intentional, aimed at presenting an authentic, compelling representation of the home within its landscape.
