We photographed, filmed, and produced floor plans for this Kangaroo Valley property with a deliberate, detail-driven approach designed to showcase both the house and its spectacular setting.
From day to dusk we timed our shoots to capture the optimal light for each space and exterior aspect, ensuring interior finishes, textures and architectural lines were shown to best effect while the changing sky enhanced mood and atmosphere. Our video work complements the still images, using movement, framing and pacing to convey the home’s flow and the lived experience.
The floor plans provide clear, accurate context so viewers can understand layout and scale at a glance.
Equally important was portraying the property’s expansive surrounds. We composed shots to include the sweeping greenery and distant mountain ridgelines that define Kangaroo Valley, balancing intimate details of the home with wide views that communicate acreage, privacy and outlook. Every choice—angle, time of day, focal length and sequence—was intentional, aimed at presenting an authentic, compelling representation of the home within its landscape.
